WHOA…You’ve blown me away…seems to me this puts you at the leading edge of movie review sites ! Very cool to hear your voice…(hey dude, she sounds hip). It’d be great if you sneak one of your own photos in there sometime…
Well, isn’t this a surprise. For a second I thought you hadn’t yet posted the review, until I realized the embedded video was, in fact, the review!
Very nicely done, really. I had been waiting to see this review and it confirmed my expectations of the movie, which promises to be breathtaking. I speak in the future tense, because over here it’ll be released only mid-january 2010.
An awesome commentary, Annie. You really manage to shine the spotlight on the good things that make this film a milestone, instead of pointlessly complaining about the lack of original storywriting, like so many others do. Can’t wait to see the full film!
(are those goggles made with insect wings? what the…)
LOL Andy! I am surprising everyone muahahaha! I don’t like pointless complaining about this film especially when the achievments totally outweigh whatever the “supposed” draw backs are; I personally don’t see the pitfalls of this picture but I’m always alone in my opinions.
You should see it in 3-D, well worth it! As for the insect wings….Hmmmmmmm….food for thought?
Oh well, I haven’t seen the movie yet, so I couldn’t say what it is that it’s lacking, but hey, no work can be perfect, right? Considering how Cameron managed to create probably the most outstanding visual performance on film ever, I wouldn’t feel like nitpicking about the plot, unless it was really, REALLY bad, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
I’ll certainly try to watch it in 3D, fortunately there’s a theatre not too far from here with a 3D room. Hope it won’t be sold out before I get there, lol!
I agree Andy, unfortunately, the world of internet users has confused complaining about shit that doesn’t matter with have a real solid opinion about something of significant importance. Isn’t that one of the signs of the apocalypse??????? Mass trolling on the internet?
Let me know what you think when you see it! And Happy New Year to you too!

LOL Tim you are always so very kind! I am working on putting a photo bit together for the about page and for the intro and extro of the vid reviews.
I’m going to be doing my 2009 movies in review
wish me luck!

o.O U really don’t know what to say Andy….it’s like Ug boots…I know they exist but I can’t understand why.
Yeah, I’m sort of dumbfounded by this as well… but hey, at least they acknowledge their problem =P
